课题组长:何玉龙

 

课题组主要研究方向为利用遗传改造小鼠包括条件性基因敲除小鼠模型,并结合

肿瘤动物模型及分子影像技术,研究淋巴管与血管生长调控、以及肿瘤转移机制。主要研究成果包括揭示了受体酪氨酸激酶血管内皮细胞生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)、Tie1/2 及其配体在血管与淋巴管生长发育中的调控作用,以及VEGFR-3 与Tie2 在肿瘤淋巴管与血管新生、及肿瘤转移中的作用机制。相关研究获得国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、科技部973 项目等支持。在血管与淋巴管研究领域国际主流刊物发表SCI 论文28 篇(h-index 17),SCI 他引 2200 篇次。多次受邀参加重要国际会议并作大会报告,并作为会议共同主席组织血管与淋巴管领域国内/ 国际学术研讨会。课题组成员入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。
